Freebie Friday: Festive Happenings

I haven't been posting many things for "Freebie Friday" recently, and I hope that this week's post will make up for it.

This week for "Freebie Friday" I have two things that I am very excited to be able to share with all of you.

1. My newest short contemporary romance, "Sally's  Christmas Cupid", is officially OUT NOW! Check Amazon to view a snippet from the beginning of the book and/or look below for a quick snippet from later in the novel.

Title: Sally's Christmas Cupid
Author: Katie L Thompson
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: 20th December 2013

Blurb: Sally and Jason have lived next door to each other for three months, and they've never exchanged more than a friendly greeting, but when the postman delivers Sally’s baubles to the wrong address, she gets more than she ordered.

"Sally's Christmas Cupid" is available from
the following retailers:

Extract:
Seeing Cupid sitting by the back door, Sally got up to let him out. She wondered whether he really needed to go out – he’d only been out a few minutes previous – or whether he’d sensed that she’d wanted to get away for a while.
“Up again,” her Nan shouted. Sally had thought she’d been asleep up until then. “His bladder’s worse than mine.”
Sally cringed. “Come on Cupid, let’s walk a little faster.”
Although it was cold outside, Sally followed Cupid into the garden. A thick layer of snow lay on the floor, untouched except for a few paw prints. She dreamed of those days long ago when she’d have been able to lie down and make snow angels. Now she’d just look stupid.

2. The cover design for "Glass Half Full", which is a short contemporary romance written especially for New Year, is finally ready for all of you to see.

Title: Glass Half Full
Author: Katie L Thompson
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: December 2013

Blurb: Natalie hasn't been on holiday for years, and there's good reason for it. She hates holidays, but when her boyfriend, Sven, suggests a romantic get-away in the countryside to welcome in the New Year, she can hardly turn him down.

When Sven dumps her, Natalie decides to go away by herself. What happens in that one week away is enough to change her view on holiday’s forever.

Since this is the last "Freebie Friday" post before Christmas, I want to take the time to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. Whether you're spending the holidays alone or with friends and family, I hope you all have a fabulous time.
